Store Sheep Reports

A good catalogued entry of 950 Breeding Sheep forward, significantly more than the equivalent sale last year.


A good entry forward, and a strong trade for all breeds.

There were a total of 1,805 store lambs and breeding ewes on offer with a majority of them being store lambs which met a very fast trade, with an abundance of buyers in attendance bidding keenly for all types of stock. The store lambs returned an excellent average of £75.77 throughout.

There were a total of 2,606 store lambs and breeding ewes were on offer with an extremely fast trade for store lambs, with an abundance of buyers in attendance bidding keenly for all types of stock.

Leek Auctions are delighted to report a highly successful sale on behalf of the Derbyshire Texel Club. Buyers consisted of a good number of local supporters along with a number who had travelled considerable distances
